For those that don’t know, he lived an unhappy life
His father left his wife, then the wife later died
So let’s compare that to myself and I won’t be lying
My father left when I was 5, and my mom was on the verge to dying
He had a new father, and and new daddy hit him
My first step-father was crazy and was often aggressive
At 16, he was kicked out of school because of debts
At 16, I’m gonna be forced to leave home with no money left
He continued making books that has an unhappy theme
I write pieces about depression because I don’t have crappy dreams
So let’s see what else has to happen before I can reach him
My wife has to die, and be forty when I reach heaven
I’m sure he had many regrets, and I’m adding many to my list
And for every regret in the list, there’s another scar to my wrist
After hours of thinking, I know what to do
Boot myself down a canal, so then I reach the end of that route





Yea another depressed piece with a pretty nice content. and also the flow is pretty hard to find because i think i switched up a bit. And i think that the piece is "meh" because I don't think it's on my level on the complexity and I don't have enough similies nor metaphors. Comments and feedback are welcome.
